Proper documentation/proof is submitted (bank slip, screenshot, etc.)

The request falls within the company’s policy terms & conditions
User must submit a cancellation request (via email or contact form)
The request must include transaction ID, date, amount, and reason

If approved, the refund will be initiated to the user’s bank/account

Full refund will be processed if the cancellation is valid
In some cases, processing fees or bank charges may be deducted
